Seven new flavors added to the REVOSA Energy Vending Machine!

So today I spent most of my time creating seven more flavors of my infamous energy drink line-up and then I stuffed them into my vending machine and released an update.

Now, along with the initial atomic grape, you can have 5 loko, blueberry blast, citrus burst, fizzy cola, orange splash, spilled blood (a vampire variety cherry blood mix) and diet fizzy cola!

Each can is texture with a dark and dirty looking sort of theme and includes ambient occlusion for ultimate realism. Yes, they look like they all rolled through a gutter before they made it into my machine, and ultimately, your hands, but hey, they taste great! Just be wary of that 5 loko, I hear it's banned in a few systems.

[NEW] REVOSA Knit Sweater [Salaam]

Just released today, a second rendition of the original applier/classic layer knit sweater.

A darkish sort of purple with the arabic phrase "salaam" embroidered across the front (meaning peace), which includes a system layer shirt, gloves and Maitreya applier HUD.

I've been watching the TV show Homeland lately and it reminded me how Islamaphobic people in the States can be, so why not take a stand against it with this sweater!

I am always an advocate for the rights of marginalized people and those less fortunate than the lucky few at the top and it's good to expand your awareness beyond your personal bubble, which is something that I have very much experience in.

Maybe this is the first in a series of sorts? We'll see. ♥

[NEW] REVOSA Energy Vending Machine

Way back like almost a year ago, when I was still under the company name "Full Carbon" I had created an energy drink named "Moxie Energy" which became a drift race team name and signature drink of the aforementioned business.

Upon the split with my previous business partner and the rights loss to Full Carbon, I also lost the work I'd done on my first energy drink. So as a response to that seven months ago when I started this business, I made an energy drink called "REVosa Energy" which was actually part of how I even named my new business, and since have included a free copy of the drink with nearly every single product listed in my store.

Now, after all this time, I've decided to update the drink with brand new mesh and high resolution

textures. Not only that, but when attached to your avatar it plays a snap and fizz sound, at which your avatar will sip the drink for two minutes before it automatically detaches! To go alone with this, I made a vending machine by hand (that's only one land impact!) and loaded up with an infinite amount of my signature drink.

The vending machine itself plays a low humming ambient sound for realism and when clicked it plays a scifi-esque sound that can only be described as a beaming of sorts, as if it's beaming the drink into your pocket! And now, for 79 linden, you can have this vending machine all to yourself (marketplace link)! Put it in your club, your bar, your hangout, your home, wherever! Your day hasn't started until you've had your caffeine, and now you can have it right at your fingertips.

I will also be including the new and improved drink with every product I make from this point forward, as usual.

The Waiting Game

So today I'm not really doing any work, you know, aside from the "Miami beach" themed photoshoot I did for a little promotion on Flickr (view that album here: Miami). Why, though, am I not working? For one, I sent in a process credit on my Second Life account on Saturday and it's being stalled four days later for unscheduled maintenance on the entire billing system, which also means any sales I could be making are currently not happening.

I also applied for the TMP dev kit earlier last week and am currently waiting to receive the email and the kit so that I can get to work on lipstick, eyeshadow, liner and more. But, as it always goes, this is a waiting game, and since I've signed up with them for exclusive makeup, I can't exactly go and make a bunch of system layer makeup (which I'd have to convert later anyway).

And then I'm also waiting on the Maitreya dev kit so that I can perfect system layer clothing, and maybe create specialized versions of all my mesh clothing specifically for Maitreya.

What this means is, basically, my production is halted while I simply wait. On everything. But maybe it's best I take a day and focus on some other things.

One good thing has come of all of this though! Just a few hours ago I decided to sponsor Making Strides Against Breast Cancer at my inworld store with a donation kiosk, a promise desk, and a cheap little hunt item that, for twenty linden, will give you my newest "Pink Explosion" nails (for Maitreya)! Proceeds, of course, go directly toward the fundraiser. Stop by my store here and check it out!

With all of that aside, I really have no idea what I'd like to work on today besides maybe relaxing a little bit... or maybe the cybernetic arms I plan to release for the holiday season? We'll see!

After finishing the last two products that I made today, I remembered that I had an old system layer camisole on my marketplace store, something I'd made way, way back when I started REVOSA (6 months ago).

So with my current ability, I took that cami and updated it with a Maitreya applier HUD, and now it is once again a viable purchase! (lol)

I think this may be the last old product that I update, although there was one other shirt, which was my very first product, before I even had a Second Life business... but we'll see about that.
